On this job, the home owner reached out to us and let us know that he wanted to update the look on his beach house. He felt it was dated, and the wood siding had gotten worn down over the years. On top of that, the windows were single pane & outdated. Due to the location, there is a lot of foot traffic noise, so the homeowner asked for us to install all new windows with the upgraded sound glass package. Siding wise, he went with James Hardie Fiber Cement Board & Batten siding to the first story, and James Hardie Fiber Cement Lap Siding on the second story.
